What is Fibroblast Plasma Treatment?

Plasma fibroblast therapy uses a pen-like device that discharges a high-frequency electric current to small areas of the skin. The plasma tip doesn’t directly touch the skin, but instead releases a targeted current just above the skin. The hot current creates small holes, or micro-injuries, in the skin’s layer that causes the skin to retract.

This cosmetic procedure has become well known for its incredible results and minimal downtime. This is great for tightening the skin, lifting eyelids, smoothing out under eyes, brow lift, lip lines, lip flips, jowls, chin dimpling, and smile lines. This procedure can also treat stretch marks, loose skin on arms, belly, knees, buttocks, and thighs. This is a non-invasive treatment using the Fibroblast Pen, giving the appearance of younger, healthier skin.

Q: How long will results last?

A: For most clients, results will appear immediately but continue to improve over the following 2-8 weeks. On a non-muscle treated area (ex. the eyelids) the results can last up to 5 years. On a muscle related area (ex. Forehead, crows feet, smile lines, etc.) the results can last 1-2 years depending on your skin condition and aging process. Plasma Skin Tightening does not slow down aging.

Q: How many treatments will I need?

A: Results will be seen after a single session but best results will be seen between 6-8 weeks. One session is typically what is needed, but additional sessions may be suggested depending on skin laxity, lifestyle, aging process, etc.

Q: Does it hurt?

A: A topical numbing is applied to all treatment areas. You will feel a brief heat sensation that feels like a tiny prick, and may feel as if you have a sunburn for 24 hours following your treatment. However the treatment process is designed to minimize any potential discomfort, and breaks will be offered to clients if needed.

Q: Are their side effects?

A: Most clients will have temporary redness and some will have minor swelling after the treatment but this usually goes away within 24 hours.
